CreatorAI is available globally. However, certain offerwall tasks and withdrawal methods may not be available in all countries due to restrictions imposed by our third-party partners.
Coins are earned by completing eligible tasks on the platform, including surveys, app downloads, video ads, mini games, direct offers, and referrals. Coin balances are non-transferable between accounts.
The standard exchange rate is 100 Coins = $1.00 USD. CreatorAI reserves the right to adjust this rate with 14 days' notice.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 Coins ($5.00 USD). Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed.
Some task rewards may be held in escrow pending advertiser verification (typically 1–30 days). If an advertiser reverses a reward due to fraudulent or incomplete activity, those coins will be deducted from your balance, including from any already-withdrawn amount if applicable.
Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may have their coin balance forfeited. We will send an email warning before any forfeiture occurs.
⚠️ Coins have no cash value outside of the withdrawal process described above. They cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to other users.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all coin balances:
CreatorAI uses automated fraud detection systems. We may suspend accounts flagged as suspicious while we investigate. If you believe your account was incorrectly flagged, contact support at aidesignsutra@gmail.com.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at aidesignsutra@gmail.com. Upon closure, any remaining coin balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited.
CreatorAI reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of:
In cases of suspension for suspected fraud, any pending or earned coins will be held until the investigation is complete. Confirmed fraudulent accounts will have all balances permanently forfeited.
CreatorAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or inability to access your account or earnings.
The tasks, offers, and surveys available on CreatorAI are provided by independent third-party advertisers. CreatorAI does not endorse, warrant, or take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, or legality of any third-party offer. Disputes regarding specific task completions should be directed to the relevant offerwall provider.
CreatorAI makes no guarantee of minimum earnings. Coin earn rates and task availability depend on external factors including advertiser budgets, your geographic location, and your demographic profile.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
CreatorAI may update these Terms or Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you by email and via a notice on the platform at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
